My Name is Elisabeth, I am an adviser. I am here to help you navigate the tricky world of keeping you and your family healthy.
I am a Wife to a firefighter, a mom to four lovely children, and most of all a daughter of God.
I have a Florida urban homestead, I homeschool my children, and I have been searching for the answers to how to keep our bodies healthy. I have put all our information here in one place just for you to grow in knowledge and your walk with God.
